Hotel was wonderful. Stayed in a corner room. Staff was very friendly. Restaurants were both delicious. Very comfortable and quiet first night. My second night was disturbed by guests who got back to their room at 400am and preceded to “party “ till roughly 630am. It’s not the hotels fault. It’s a hip place. Would stay there again

Most amazing hotel experience ever!
The most amazing night of a hotel stay I've ever enjoyed! I wanted to stay longer! From the beginning, the staff was exemplary in every way. So polite and attentive. Helpful and kind. And true honest feeling of care. This includes the valet, front desk, and security! I felt spoiled, and as a woman travelling alone, completely safe. The room was beyond my expectations. Beautifully redone and designed. Amazing attentions to design detail and comfort. I have never been so happy to see a kettle and tea waiting for me after a cold night out! And snacks too! (That didn't suddenly appear as an extra charge.) But best of all was the personal attention to little old me! I very nearly cried when I saw a hand-drawn card, LA keychains, and the cutest LA baseball cap... All for me! And all because, upon booking, on a whim, I asked for a nice view of the city that I love and missed. The card read "LA Missed You!" I was honestly shocked, and completely overwhelmed at the thought it had taken to prepare such an amazing experience for a single guest on a single night stay. I simply cannot wait to return. The Hox has my heart! And my gratitude.
