I stayed one night between a couple trips... free parking, decently comfy bed, great water pressure, hot breakfast, and complimentary water. The room was clean and I'd absolutely stay here again for the convenience of traveling in/out of CVG.

Good breakfast and Excellent coffee! The beds were clean and oh so comfortable. The only issue I have is the carpet was not clean. My feet were black from walking barefoot in the room. Yes, I scrubbed them clean and put on house slippers. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would stay there again.

A great hotel with superb front desk service. We were in Cincinnati for one night and this hotel was well-located. Can't say enough about the staff, especially the staff member who was working the front desk--he was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

8/10 Very good

Overall, a good stay. The staff was friendly and let us check in a little early. We were directly across from the elevator and surprisingly didn’t hear much hallway or elevator noise. The hotel is an older property, the bathroom had no exhaust fan, and there was some outside traffic noise from the nearby hospital, room was on back side of hotel. Overall, it was fine for a one-night stay.

My stay at the Hampton Inn on Turfway Road was for more stressful reasons, but I was thankful that the hotel itself provided comfort and warmth. It's not easy to be away from home for an urgent situation, but I'm grateful that the staff there, including Sheila and Matt, were so kind and helpful. My room was quiet, comfortable, and peaceful, which is just what I needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the same.

Room was clean, Housekeeping was good. The hotel just needs a facelift. Carpet was older, bathroom doors do not close correctly. Shower curtain didn't close, bathroom is older. Breakfast was good, but you need to arrive early. provide complementary water upon arrival. location is good. Free parking. Gym has everything you need, but needs a deep clean and a good air freshener. Would be nice to have sanitizer spray to clean off equipment. No indoor pool or hot tub. Common areas were clean.
