Fantastic location (close to department stores, several metro stations and the RER, Gare du Nord is a quick bus ride), friendly staff. We arrived late on a Friday for a weekend stay, and got a room on the 1st (one above RDC/0) next to the kitchen. Even worse, you can hear the metro from that floor. I am not sure how high up you need to be to not hear it. Rooms/bathrooms need an update, but are clean. We chose the hotel because it had an affordable family room queen and twin.

This was the most comfortable, reassuring, and memorial stay I've ever had. The room wasn't huge, but it was well-organized and compact, the location was great, and overall it was extremely convenient. Everyone was so kind to me, even though my English isn't very well.
