Do not stay here!
I dont like to bash other businesses but this hotel is not a place to stay. We arrived and checked in we went to our room as we entered we immediately noticed the cigarettes smell in the room it was so strong it was nauseating. As we check out the room there was spider weds everywhere, dust bunnies all over the floor, bathroom wall tiles came off and there was a big whole to the outside. We opened our jointed room door to find shattered glass and food everywhere very disgusting. We went done to the front desk and put a complaint in there was no sorry or anything he said i was change the room and have maintenance look at it. He then said to us your new room is in the main building but your kids need to make sure they are quite very rudely. It Catch us off guard because our kids were just sitting down not even saying anything. We get up to our now 2nd room looks clean until we get to the bed pillows there was blood and black mold on them it was absolutely disgusting. We go down again and complain with pictures and a different guy at the front desk tells us its impossible and that we put it there. We told him no not one of us is bleeding and how do you put black mold on something it grows. It was an absolute disaster and we would never recommend anyone to stay there. The whole time we were there we did not see a single cleaning person when we asked they said maintenance cleans the rooms. So much more happened but not enough space to keep going

This is a days inn so not expecting much...however cleanliness is still important and the room was gross. room was non-smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke. Bathtub had hair in it (not just like one hair either, a bunch). There were scrapes or "cuts" in the bathtub vinyl that make the hairs harder to see, which gave me the idea that if something doesn't obviously look dirty it isn't actually cleaned. Wonder what else was filthy because you can't easily tell that it is without looking closer.

This motel is located out in the rural edge of the Catskills, near the small hamlet of Wurtsburo (which has restaurants and stores, gas and groceries. Not a destination town, but charming to visit.) The property is large and green, like a big park, comfortable and affordable.

disappointed- the add is deceiving plus Ive never been in a hotel where you HAVE to pay- not just hold on you CC-pay a deposit even thought the room was paid for at booking. Staff not friendly, noisy. one handicap parking spot. I just had knee surgery and had to park way on top of a hill.

Glad I reserved this Inn. Exactly what we hoped for after a great day riding our motorcycles. Up for the races in Middletown but didn’t want to stay that close to the track. This Days Inn is quiet and comfortable and clean. Cheek in was great and the host was friendly. While some items were a little dated it did not bother me in the slightest. Would stay here again if traveling the area.
