Callum at check in was fabulous! Professional, yet very warm and friendly. My “cozy” room was great, perfect for one person, very clean and the single bed (which was larger than I expected) was very comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and I loved the oversized bath towel! Shortly after arriving to my room, I received a call from reception to make sure everything was ok! That’s great customer service! Breakfast buffet was just ok - the cold selection was good but the black pudding and potato scones were greasy and overcooked. I had drinks and some food at Champagne Central Lounge - the bartender, Ross, was very helpful and attentive and although I had to wait a while before I could order food (because of a function going on at the time) he alerted me right when the kitchen was open again. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would certainly recommend!

Our visit was for a celebration, and we told the staff this. They gave us a drink coupon and later when our tv wouldn’t connect to our mobile phone, they provided us with alternative options to listen to music. However when this also failed, they moved us to another room and gave us a bottle of red. Staff are just so wonderful and the property itself is beautiful.
