Pros: The concierge staff were really great, I was recovering from a surgery and they were really helpful as I cannot lift things heavy. The staff in general were great. Cons: The room I booked was a double bed room and it had a little funky smell coming out of the bathroom. The Television kept losing signal had to call maintenance a lot to get it fixed. The surcharge on the extra pillows and bucket of ice I thought were ridiculous. Other than that it was a good stay.

Summit Hotel
Overall staff were really great and helpful and the hotel location is walking distance to the mall or convenient stores. The WiFi was excellent which I needed for my international meetings and work. Something to address though is there were three (3)instances where I had small cockroaches in the room. One went across the table, the other underneath the refrigerator and the other crawling on the sink.
