The staf was extremely friendly and very helpful and patient. They knew exactly what events were going on in the city. The room was ok but it wasn’t too specific about the view of the city side and the view of the river. We were facing the city side but saw absolutely nothing in the city. That was the only down side. I know next time which side to reserve. Other than that our stay was great. I will definitely book this hotel again.

Hotel stay was alright. You had to pay $25 for parking and the stay did not include complementary breakfast. You have to pay $16 per person for breakfast buffet which was so not worth it. Eggs, bacon, sausage, bland French toast, some fruit, glob of oatmeal, a public bowl of yogurt with one spoon to grab from and put on ur plate, and then some below average bagels and weird pastries. Oh almost forgot the public bowl of ketchup to scoop from too. Probably wont be staying again but for the last minute booking for a concert that was in town, I guess it was ok.

My wife and I enjoyed a recent two-night stay at The Capital Suites Hotel and found the staff and facility outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located less than a block from The Palace where we experienced an awesome performance from comedian Ron White and is also within walking distance to several nearby restaurants and the popular North Market is less than a mile away. Our room was spacious with an adjacent suite, kitchenette, and bathroom with an amazing strong hot shower! Special thanks to the desk staff who were friendly and took care of all our needs. We will be back!

It was nice. The view from the room was beautiful. My only complaint is it wasn’t clean. On the surface things were clean but there were places that were dusty and the tables were greasy. Also there were things in our room that were broken prior to us entering the room. Nothing too concerning. Aside from the minor stuff, we had a lovely stay. Staff were kind and the food and drinks were very good.

Really lovely stay at the DoubleTree in Columbus. The rooms are large & comfortable, and the service & desk concierge staff were remarkably accomodating. Loved that the room staff came in & cleaned the room & made up our beds daily. We will stay there any time we are in Columbus from now on.

Rooms need a refresh. Fixtures were broken, faucet handles were loose and tub drain was corroded. Pullout sofa mattress was barely sleepable and did not come made up with sheets or bedding. Had to ask for the kit and make it myself. Under the mattress was filthy.
