Great for travelers, good accommodations.
This my go to hotel when I have to spend a night in Mexico City, usually just an overnight stay on my way somewhere else. Overall the hotel is very adequate, the location being ideal for travelers. The rooms are generally quite comfortable even though during my last stay the mattress was softer than what I'm used to at this hotel. Service is good overall, even though I usually get checked in in a quarter of the time it takes others.

Stayed here for one night due to a connecting flight late the next day, we were truly impressed by this hotel and were happily surprised to find that a “snack” was included on the eight floor when we arrived (until 20:30 I believe). This consisted of snacks, and a dinner/meal, We were offered chicken, club sandwich, Caesar salad, hamburger, and a few more options. This and drinks were included. Breakfast was nice, buffet style, not huge but had everything we were asking for, and the staff in the restaurant were very attentive and super friendly. Our room was very clean and felt modern.

Nice hotel
Nice place, easy to arrive Clean, with all you need in your room, they also have an easy check in, in some mini you are inside from the airport, you walk from a bridge and you are there. You get some cleaning items, for instance if you forgot your teeth brush or others. We use the baby crib and was a safe mattress and big enough. Not so much to improve, except for the personal in the breakfast area in our floor, looks like they are angry if you ask for something, apart of that all the rest of the staff are so kind and eager to help you.

So easy.
I like to stay here after flying from the U.S. and before catching the bus to Puebla or other places like Guanajuato. No rushing about. I’m older and like a slower pace. On my way back to the states I do the same thing. Waiting in their lobby for flights is nicer as well in my opinion. Just cross the covered bridge and you are inside the airport.

The hotel was very convenient for the airport. Overall the room was very good, but why no refrigerator? No outside garden or patio. The hotel had spectacular views from the 8th floor gym and indoor pool of the airport but no one there to enjoy it. Should be a bar or lounge. The architect must have been an idiot to waste such a fabulous space on an empty gym.

Okay but…
I arrived with a colleague at 9 in the evening. There’s was a cue for checking in. We decided to grab a bite with the hope that the cue will be shorter later. Wrong. We needed to wait around 10 min for check-in at 11 in the evening. Rooms are not soundproof- 0%! You can hear everything form the rooms above you and the noise from the lobby.

The front desk couldn’t find my reservation at my arrival. After a few minutes they did. Woman suggested a room with a kingsize bed instead of my normal two queen size beds original reservation. I asked not to be put in a back room corner and closer to elevators . She assigned me a big room where there was some kind of remodeling going on In the next room, a drill was being used. Causing lots of noise. I asked for a different room. She assigned me another one a few steps from first. The same problem . So the third room was on opposite side and different floor but it had a peculiar smell. I was tired and I just wanted to rest. I chose to stay in the room, my mistake. The night table was dirty, it had some marks that hadn’t been wipe. The walls in bathroom were gross, sone kind of dripping marks were knot removed for awhile. Coffee maker still had water in it from previous guest and hadnt been washed. Things looked worn out and unkept. There was some kind of teachers union there, maybe a conference, not sure. But lots of noise was happening in hallwats that made it impossible to have a good night sleep. Very disappointing.
