The hotel was very secure, it has a security person direct traffic right in front of the hotel and it's just across the night market. The hotel only give permission for you to go to the floor of your room, the pool, and the breakfast room. The breakfast is excellent. If I ever go back to Chiang Mai again I would certainly stay in this hotel.

To top it all off, organizing excursions was completely stress-free, as I was able to book fantastic tours right out of the city directly from the convenience of the hotel lobby.
