The property is small and boutique like (just 14 rooms), very nice and top quality. The staff are what makes the property so nice. Yumi, the manageress could not do enough for us, but also all the other staff too were so nice and welcoming. Breakfast almost seemed like having your own personal chef. The only down sides with the property are what quite a few other guests have commented on, and that is the fact that the hotel is quite a way out of town (a taxi needed both directions), and that the...

This is an excellent hotel and also looks the part! The staff are pleasant and the rooms are big and spacious and beautifully fitted out. The breakfast is somewhat limited but as there are only 19 rooms you cannot expect a massive selection. It is located near the Night Bizzar so easy to walk in and out of town. So, many thanks to Joe and his Team for a most enjoyable stay. Give it a go...you will not be disappointed.

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Chiang Mai
Book for the cheapest times: The most budget-friendly time to visit Chiang Mai is during May, June, and September, when hotel prices are generally lower. For an enriching experience that encompasses the city's key landmarks, historical sites, and cultural attractions, a stay of at least 3 to 4 days is recommended. During your visit, you can explore magnificent temples, indulge in local dining, enjoy vibrant markets, and immerse yourself in festivals that highlight the region’s rich history and culture. With affordable options available, this trip offers great value for money while allowing you to fully appreciate the beauty of Chiang Mai.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Chiang Mai, visit the Dealsopens in new window or Last-Minute Dealsopens in new window sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted hotel rates as your travel date approaches. Consider enabling email alerts or push notifications from Hotels.com to keep informed about flash sales and special promotions, so you’re less likely to miss potential savings. Additionally, the Smart Shoppingopens in new window tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you can make informed choices. This way, if prices drop or rooms become available, you could be among the first to book your ideal getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so having some flexibility with your travel dates may help you find a better deal on your stay in a hotel in Chiang Mai. For those seeking distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and might offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we'll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could be more affordable, assisting you in discovering a more favourable rate.
Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre generally tend to be more expensive, but with Chiang Mai's superb public transport connections, you might discover a more affordable independent hotel a bit further afield that remains well-connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
