Lo malo es que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, te envían a otro hotel que esta como a una cuadra, con el que supongo tienen convenio para estacionar, lo que si, es que el estacionamiento es seguro. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el agua caliente en el baño, pero nos ayudaron a solucionarlo rápido. Lo bueno es que esta justo al lado de la zona comercial y todo queda muy accesible, en recepción nos atendieron muy bien y amables.

Es un hotel de paso y no un hotel para turismo, por tanto la habitación es mugrosa, colchas manchadas de todos los que se han acostado ahí, es un asco, los sillones están negros de mugre, eso si, está perfumado de manera exagerada para simular olores o ahuyentar bichos y microbios. El único anuncio del hotel es un tapete mugroso a la entrada, en el exterior el letrero está arrancado y sólo se ve la obra negra. Es un hotel de paso y de quinta, es una lástima x estar ubicado en el centro de Toluca. Las fotos publicadas no coinciden con el hotel real.
