My friends and I were looking for a hotel room that could accommodate 4 people, and had at least 1.5 bathrooms. We found a room at this hotel and decided to book based off the good reviews. We were worried the hotel was outdated based on the photos. I’m so glad we decided to book it anyways! Our stay was great! The hotel was in a great location. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and had plenty of space for all 4 of us! We booked the room with 1.5 bathrooms and that was clutch for all 4 of us to have space to get ready without being in the way. The hotel was very cute and quiet. The staff was very friendly as well. I’d absolutely stay at this hotel again the next time that I am in NYC!

Room size is great, especially for NYC. It is an older property, but has been maintained fairly well. Some age & distress showing. Was disappointed to see the restaurant & bar it says it has is a indian restaurant next door. Would maybe stay there again as I think the big room size was nice.

Great stay.
We come to NYC every year, and though previous hotels have been fine, we thought we would try the San Carlos Hotel for a different area of Manhattan. Loved our stay. Though we didn't really use the kitchenette, it was nice to have. For mid-town, the value cannot be beaten. We'll be back. The fitness room was adequate--suggest adding 25 pound free weights.
