Highly recommend this stay.
What a great spot. Facilities, room and bed were great and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. There weren’t too many people staying so instead of a buffet for breakfast it was a la carte which was so much better. We will be back.

The bed was comfy, was enough for sleeping which was my purpose. There were bugs in my bathroom and the power kept going out. The first night I reported it and they wouldn’t help me. The housekeeping also didn’t do a great job, I’m not very messy but there was definitely a lake of attention to detail.

The staff was wonderful & accommodating. We had to leave very early in the morning and the gentleman at the desk zipped around and figured out how to get us a coffee for the road. Hotel is very close to the 401 and there is nothing close by but Railway Brewery in St Thomas was a quick drive and perfect spot.

The Staff was so friendly. I got to pick our 4 items for the VIP status. They maintain their rooms and are currently updating items. Rooms are very clean and although there items could be seen as dated from a aesthetic perspective all of it was very well maintained. Staff also very educated, pleasant and went above and beyond to provide an enjoyable experience.
