The entire place was clean. The zero/0 conditioner is my favorite to the point i want to order some for home. It was a decent location although the walk to universal was risky at times

The hotel was nice, clean, great location to parks and shops. My family and I enjoyed the stay. Easy checkin, friendly staff. Adding gloves for serving spoons during breakfast would have been great. Also, having flavored creamer choices for coffee would have made it more tasteful. Ofher than this we enjoyed it

Room neat, clean and well stocked, hotel upon entry & throughout smells clean. I love the ice machines on each floor. Staff was always friendly & willing to help & quickly solve any problems. Great restaurants & entertainment in walking distance. Breakfast was great every morning. But I wish they would serve some real bacon sometimes.
