Terrible stay No one at the front For check-in the first room they took us to smelt stagnant and like smoke put us in another room called her to Sweet the air conditioner didn’t work didn’t offer us to move us again people hanging outside of apartment hotel doors left wide open very scary eerie feeling

Nightmare!
Our room was in poor and extremely filthy conditions. The bathroom had not been cleaned and I had to make several trips back to the front desk to find someone there to get clean towels. We asked for the room to be cleaned but there were no one available. We asked to be moved to another room but none were available. I even offered to clean it myself but they would not give us cleaning supplies. On top of all this the room refrigerator was out of order and we had to be constantly awakened by some yelling angry woman screaming and arguing till 3 in the morning with someone in the next room. All I can say is unbelievable. When I expressed my discontent at checkout they offered our next visit free but we declined. There’s no way we are staying at Red Roof ever again. We simply will mark this one up as our worse stay experience so far.

Not happy
Beds were comfortable but the room had a roach problem. Not a major infestation but they had a couple and we killed them. If it had been for more than one night we'd have left. Also the safety lock on the door was broken.
