I was very pleased by the attention to keeping things sanitary but still offer us a nice cold breakfast. And the coffee was excellent. The room was very nice and comfortable too.
Room clean, comfortable bed. Lobby, elevator and common area filthy. Elevator had debris on floor, something splattered on buttons and walls. Just not a very sanitary presentation of the business.
Poor no housekeeping, hot tub broke, filthy cold food
First time it was nice 👌. But this time it was dirty room blood on sheets i was very unhappy in disappointed it was terrible breakfast 😞 not good at all..in i like Marriott but not this anymore
It was not good bugs n dirty but did move us to another room would not recomend this place at all hope i dont bring bugs or cocroaches home need to be debugged not worth risk again hope dont vatch covid
First room we were put into had NO hand soap, the air was turned up to 77 degrees, room smelled AWFUL, and fridge wasn’t cleaned out from previous people that stayed. They moved us to a different room it still didn’t smell the greatest, fridge wasn’t cleaned out from previous people who stayed and had NO wash clothes in the room. The pool area had a jug of pool acid just laying under a chair and the pool towel bin was over flowing with dirty towels and had dirty towels laying on top of the suppose to be clean towels. Hotels.com contacted the hotel to see what could be done and was told nothing can be done we have already moved them rooms once.
The staff was very friendly, breakfast was very limited, could have more fruits like bananas and apples. Could have some single serve options.
Everything was close to excellent except a couple things in the room. There was blood on the window curtains and on the shower curtains. Razor left in one of the nightstand drawers. Service, comfort, location: all great. Thank you for our stay. We’ll be back!!!!
I did not get the room that I reserved. Was given a king and needed two doubles. 😔
The staff were friendly but it is very apparent that the place has fallen on hard times. There were no concessions and breakfast was no-show.
