It’s what you’d expect for a cheap motel
The hotel is old, please keep this in mind when booking. It is old and outdated. However, under these circumstances, it is clean for what it’s worth. It has old, cheap furniture and hardware, but the tv is up to date. The owners have tried to renovate the floors, but with the low nightly rates, you can imagine that the quality is not top notch. You get what you pay for. You want a bed? You got one. The sheets were clean. The room was made up. The bathroom is clean, as it can be with outdated walls and floors. The toilet was clean. The fridge, microwave, and tv work. There wasn’t a moldy/musty smell. However, around 9:00am until supper time, you can smell the smoke where other guests are smoking in their rooms. The owners try to keep it clean. The front desk staff were very nice. Internet was down basically the whole time I was there, but that’s not their fault, it’s Spectrum’s. The power went out several times but came right back on, not sure what was going on with that. Like other reviews, there was hair everywhere, but I think it’s probably from sticking to linens during the wash cycle. Would I stay here again? If I need cheap, yes. But if I can afford somewhere else, I’d go elsewhere.

Motel is now painted ugly brick color. Our room 113 had very poor repairs probably done after flood damage. Cracked Vinyl floor was laid over wavy damaged previous floor. Bathroom tub was painted and wall paint was poorly done. There was no coffee pot. Maid said they did not stock tissues. We got only 2 wash rags and 2 bath towels. No hand towels. The exterior siding on the peak over the entrance was falling off. Definitely not something Wyndham would be proud of.

Wasn't happy that the room I reserved had already been given away when I checked in. Worker said because it was almost 7pm they didn't think I was going to show up so they gave room to someone else. Luckily they had 1 room left but it wasn't a king size bed.

I didn't like there was no breakfast. I did like there was lots of coffee. Also room smelled like cellar or basement that was kinda neat. Staff was real friendly and nice. Had washer and dryer that was cool

Run down. Don’t stay here
This place is incredibly outdated with horrible beds and run down conditions. I definitely would not recommend. There’s not even any WiFi.

As expected
Based on the reviews my expectations were low. Our room was dingy but it didn’t smell. Lots of door slamming and the A/C switched on and off all night, but it was cold. Shower had decent hot water. This is what I expect from this category of hotel.

Not Good
The Hotel was nasty and smelled of smoke and mold. The room was filthy, black mold on the window sills, and cigarette burn holes all over the bed spread. I canceled my reservation after going to the room and I turned around, went back to the lobby, and asked for a refund. The lady at the front desk processed my refund and I left.

RUN DONT WALK AWAY
Property is very run down and dirty... I actually had to pour water on the floor anywhere I was going to walk so I didn't stick to it. Ruined 2 of their towels doing so. Wires were bare and hanging out of a hole in the wall where the smoke detector was supposed to be. everything needed to be wiped down. Like no one ever cleaned after the last few guests. At least one of the 2 beds seemed clean. If it weren't for arriving at almost 2am and losing my pre payment if I refused to accept the room I would have turned and ran. As it was I slept in my cloths and brought my pillow from my car. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
