Amazing stay
Stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect, the staff arranged a seamless pick up and drop off at the airport for us and they were always so friendly and kind. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet which after the chaos of the streets of Hanoi is a nice relief. Breakfast was included and lots of varied options and very attentive staff again. The location was great too, around a 5 minute walk to the scenic hoan kiem lake area right in the centre. If we are ever back in Hanoi we would definitely stay again, thank you!

Good Location, Great Service and Amazing Breakfast
My husband and I stayed for the first night of our honeymoon at Anatole. Our flight to Hanoi was delayed into the early hours of the morning and the Anatole staff took care of us with an airport pickup and helpful attention when we arrived. The breakfast is AMAZING! All of the staff are very attentive and kind. The room is very clean (we got a basic room and it was tiny but it worked) and the shower had great water pressure and got very hot. The location is top notch. Literally around the corner from the church, lots of shops and spas and about a 10 minute walk from the lake.

I had a really good night with this hotel!!! The staff was so nice, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I only had 1 night for Hanoi, and It makes me so sad because I really want to stay here one more night 😂😂 Anyways, the breakfast is good especially the Pho was the best. All the staffs are kind and they always have smiles on their faces :) If I have a plan to come to Hanoi next time, I’ll stay here again and will recommend here to my friends~~ Thank you for your service and you guys made my days!
