Great hotel. Renovated as described. We had a family suite which was very comfortable for 3 adults. FANTASTIC location. 5 minute walk from Reims Centre train station. Just down the street from the famous Place d'Erlon which is full of food and shops. 10-15 minute walk to all the famous sites such as the Cathedra, Opera House, Place Royal... and major shopping district. Would definitely stay here again.

We had to build a kind of dam with towels to try to contain the water (and it did not work very well). We kindly mentioned that at check-out, and the answer was : we know... This is not acceptable.

The hotel is in a great location It is just around the corner from the fabulous plaza full of bars and restaurants of every kind. The plaza is car free so very pleasant to dine outside. The car park beneath the hotel has very tight spaces but we managed. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
