8/10 Very good

Room was clean and comfortable, facilities all fine with the services next door to reception. Staff really helpful too. Communal areas (stairwell and hallways) however really left a lot to be desired, looked as though hadn’t been hoovered for days, which was a shame given had no other issues

Clean and tidy room, good options to eat and drink at both the hotel and services. Friendly and helpful staff we just had to wait a while for someone to appear to check in but overall great place to stay.

The rooms was nice, clean and tidy. Was a pleasant experience and stay. There are food places near the hotel, so you do have choice of what to eat. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

Perfectly situated for us travelling from the north, everything you could want on hand as there are several shops and eateries on site with plenty of free parking available. Easy to access the city in a short cab ride and we were so happy to learn that the McD’s was open 24hrs very handy after getting back in the early hours! Great hotel, nice room too …will definitely be staying here again!

10/10 Exceptional

This was a 1-night stay with family to do a University tour. The hotel is within a service station area, so this may put some people off. The staff were pleasant, the venue was very clean, the room (on the ground floor) was very comfortable. There was a double bed and a single bed in room. Car parking was free as long as you give your registration number to staff. The hotel did offer food but we went and ate in the service station due to the number of different choices. Ensuite in room was good, bed was comfortable, TV was okay, WiFi was fast (according to my son). The only improvement would be (in my opinion) firmer pillows.
