Great location, just steps from the beach; close to restaurants, food trucks, shopping, etc. The poolside food was superb and gave large portions so we could share. We had an oceanfront room and enjoyed beautiful sunsets from our balcony every evening. The heated toilet seat and bidet were a wonderful amenity. My only complaint was twice no one answered the phone when we called with a question from our room.

Excellent resort in Waikiki
Beautiful hotel/resort in Waikiki, right off of the beach. There’s a nice pool and Jacuzzi on the fifth floor, and nice accommodations throughout, including the gym, coffee shop/bar, etc. Excellent location, would definitely recommend.

Great stay
Amazing Stay again at Alohilani. We always stay here when were in Oahu and it did not disappoint. If we have any complaints it would be: -no couch in our room -rooms are not rated 5 stars, 4 stars the most -toilet was very low and small But we would stay here again because of the ff: -amazing service -everyone we spoke to were super nice and welcoming -car rental/valet on site -amazing gym -offers yoga classes daily -daily housekeeping -location right on waikiki -busy hotel but not overcrowded Overall a great stay!

Overall an Amazing Stay, Paulette helped us in the lobby and her level of service is exceptional, another Gentleman who provided amazing service was Jhon Only small thing the pool area was not a great experience kids in the hot tub and not being cordial, big building blocking the sun
