Unfortunately it is right across from the train tracks and you are awaken by the the train several times throughout the night. It is pet friendly so there is this a distinct smell that does remind you of pets. When we stayed there, the room was not thoroughly clean and there was pet urine in an area of the room. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.

The overall hotel is very nice. There is no pool or jacuzzi like pictures show on the web. The staff were great though and super helpful. The desk clerk Ray was an absolute enjoyful experience to deal with and super friendly. Over all a good stay. Just beware of the sidewalks as 2 of outlet party fell at different times due to them being in even and not marked.

Staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and very helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days , and not once did any of the house maids came to take our trash , bring towels or toilet paper. We had to keep going to the front desk to ask for these things. And again the whole trip we had our food and trash building up and the room started to smell like food. Overall our stay was good but wish the maids came in and freshened up the room.

Property was very welcoming and super clean. Staff was very helpful. The only issue was that there is no pool on site. That was not a personal issue for us but a few families went downstairs wanting to get in the pool. A great feature about this hotel is they have actual full size bottles of Dove Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and lotion in the restrooms. That was a huge plus for us. There is no oven but there is pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, dishwashing liquid, dish scrubber, a stove top range, a full size refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker, and a microwave. We stayed in the long size suite so the bedroom had its own tv, and the comforter was super soft and comfortable. The bedroom also had blackout curtains which was super convenient. In our king size suite we stayed in, there was also a "living area" that had a recliner, a chair, a rolling table, and a built in side table. The TV does not connect to WiFi though so we weren't able to cast our apps to it but it did have HBO and Cinemax so we were able to watch a few movies.

Do not book here! They are crooks! They will find a way to try and keep your deposit. Fraudsters! Construction going on all night long outside. Trains passing through all hours of the night. You will get no sleep. Every time the a/c comes on it fills the room with a mold smell, terrible. As soon as we turned the dishwasher on it started leaking water. The towels are supposed to be white but are nearly brown. There is barely any space to park in the lot. They have free washer and dryers but your clothes don’t get clean and you have to dry 4 times before your clothes actually get dry. You cannot access YouTube or Netflix on the tv’s, only the couple of boring channels they offer. The manager Yogi took $50 out of my deposit for a cleaning fee when we cleaned right before we left. Come here if you want your deposit stolen.

Maintenance crew is either lacking or non-existent. Cracked light switches, missing screws on air conditioning panels, and cold showers from 6am-8am on a Sunday morning when they know 98% of their guests are about to check out. Amenities need to be updated. Communication between the employees very poor…..first time hearing “I’m sorry they didn’t tell me” from front desk personnel. Hotel will definitely be on my “do not reserve” list in one of my favorite Texas cities.
