Absolutely outstanding staff. Every single employee was kind, courteous, and willing to help with any guest needs. Sandra went out of her way to help my co-worker find his lost phone which had been turned in to Tampere lost and found. I will be staying here again and recommending it to co-workers who travel to Finland on business.

Spacious room with espresso capsule coffee maker. Coffee maker should not be taken as granted on all hotels, so the room having one naturally caught my attention. I'd describe the room as "functional".

Some hair in the bed sheets but all in all it's a good hotel. Reception was extremely good, nice and helpful. Joined their e-mail spamming list to get presumably better floor. Don't know if that works for real? No minibar but there was a fridge.

Huone siisti, MUTTA, WC oli käsipaperi loppu, tai yksi kpl paperia, sain lisää, kahvinkeitin ei toiminut, joten huonessa kahvit oli pettymyt. Suihkusta tuli kapea pitkä suihku, oli vaikea pestä itsensä. Sänky hyvä!
