This was my first time staying at this resort and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and the property was conveniently located to so many great restaurants as well as the close proximity to the beach. Excellent location, just a short walk to lovely Grace Bay, shopping and restaurants! POC is a good value for the price. We really enjoyed the beach there and loved having chairs and umbrellas we could use. They also had volleyball, kayaks and paddle boards for guests. The hotel and pool are nice though really dated. Our room was missing a window screen and had a broken light, the AC didn’t work, and they had a water leak so shut off water one night. We liked the free breakfast and all day coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. The welcome drinks, poolside bar, and pool table were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again for the great location.

The property is okay. There is no elevator, so for a person with disabilities it becomes a challenge. The water in the shower has pressure for about a minute and that is it. You also do not have hot water for more than one person to take a shower. The staff provides absolutely zero customer service. When you have an inquire you are made to feel like you’re bothering them.

This was affordable option during holidays when everything else was so expensive. Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes through safe street. Kids like to go back and forth from pool to beach so that wasn't option. Staff was very friendly. The food quality in breakfast buffet was more like a 2 star hotel buffet.
