Great location, probably best hotel in Rotorua. Love the milk on tap. Nice gym, excellent TVs that aren't locked down like other hotels.
Negatives - valet parking is so expensive that it sits empty, bed not super comfortable, and the lighting setup is bizarre. Can't turn on bathroom light separately to bedroom light, so you'll wake people up.

Large room with no storage other than a very small wardrobe. No draws enabling a suitcases to be unloaded. Comfortable and clean but dark with very little lighting. No movie channels just free to air. Aircon was very good and quiet. We considered room was built for wheel chair access.
