Staff were brilliant especially Nesma. Food options were limited.
The problem with the resort was the music at night going on to 3 am. We changed rooms kindly sorted out by the management, but there was still noise resounding around the resort. Not recommended for people who want a good nights sleep.

This hotel offers a true resort experience right in the city — the perfect balance between sightseeing and relaxation. It was so easy to explore Alexandria and still unwind with the beach, pools, and a great breakfast. Special kudos to the incredibly sweet and welcoming staff who were always checking in to see if we needed anything. A perfect stay all around!
