It’s a great affordable hotel that offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms, free breakfast and also a nice tiny pool. What more can you ask w?

10/10 Exceptional

Good solid choice when considering a hotel in Markham- close to highway- lots of parking stalls - clean rooms with comfy beds- added bonus was the complementary breakfast that was included. Lastly the kids certainly enjoyed the pool - I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

10/10 Exceptional

Great staff, allowed me to check in early and check out late which allowed me to attend a meeting. My room was very clean and modern, overall the hotel is clean and updated. An important note to anyone with mobility issues, the hotel does not have an elevator though the lower rooms seem to have easy access to the parking lot and lobby.

10/10 Exceptional

The rooms are cleaned every other day so keeps it refreshed. The breakfast had some options and unlike some hotels they allow you take it up to your room so you arent forced to stay and eat. The location was within proximity of the transit stops so easy to explore the city if you arent driving.

6/10 Good

Hotel has been redone and was clean. There is only an outlet on one side of the bed which was inconvenient. It was very loud, kids racing in the hallway all night & could hear every conversation outside the door. No elevator to the second floor. Didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that. Didn’t eat breakfast, wasn’t much available and was very picked over. Alright for the price.

10/10 Exceptional

It was awonderful for my first stay with the Spark brand. The night check in agent was very pleasant and helpful. As a disabled traveller, I found the room very accessible from both inside and out, the beds were very comfortable. I arrived very late, so didn't take advantage of the included breakfast, however all day coffee was greatly needed and appreciated. I will certainly book again based on this first experience there.
