Lovely hotel, but…
Everything was excellent apart from a couple of annoying things. Breakfast was buffet style, food was tasty but not piping hot, coffee was the same! Didn’t spoil our trip just a little frustrating! Parking expensive £48 per day at hotel.

Historic hotel in Oxford
Second time we stay at the Randolph. Mahesh in the front desk was wonderful. Very professional and helpful. The first night there was an issue with the water temperatura and pressure but the engineering department worked very fast to fix it. My thanks to engineering, it is a team you rarely see, but it is a very important department, especially in an older hotel such as the Randolph.

Waited so long for help with luggage I carried it up and down flights of stairs myself . I had a room next to a restaurant outside speaker - full marks to the lovely people on reception who called them and ask them to turn it off as there were no guests at the tables outside. This was greatly appreciated. Breakfast and the drawing rooms were wonderful. A very enjoyable family stay.
