One of the best services I have experienced on a hotel. Great personell, great beach and fasilities. If you want to relax, I would recommend it.
However, the restaurants in the hotel is very expensive. Too expensive to be honest. In addition, in the evening, there was little to do after the meal.

Staff were amazing, hotel facilities also very good. Limited food options and very pricey. Secluded area, very quiet and resort feels very safe. Room facilities a little outdated but all in all a fantastic experience.

I recently stayed at Al Bustan palace , and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service

Beatiful place, great stay
Overall a great experience. The grounds of the hotel are amazing, including the garden, the pools and the spa.
The beach is ok and the rooms are a bit outdated.
The food is amazing and the service fantastic.
Great place for families, they even have a "mini Waterpark" for the little ones.
