Great hotel. Great location. Great service. Only downside was that two of the four elevators were not working and there were long waits to get on one.

Bad parking options
Parking options are very expensive and unclear. We chose to park in the public parking garage unaware that we’d be able to come and go.
Also, the pillows were very poor, flat and uncomfortable.

Not worth it.
For the $900 two night stay, it wasn't worth it. We had double beds, instead of queens. My husband went to the lobby one morning and asked if he could get a coffee and was refused. The breakfast cost us $100 for 2 adults and 1 small child, and the eggs were raw, hash browns were raw, and our silverware was used and dirty. The bathroom has mildew in the shower, and room service costs were extrordinary. It was the only place to stay during Supercross, and the price was raised because of this. NOT WORTH IT.

Beautiful views of the bay
Friendly, helpful staff. Had an early flight into Vancouver and they were very accommodating with an early check in.
Only disappointment was the very overinflated prices for food and beverage in the lounge

The pool and hot tub were closed. We got screwed on parking because they changed their system and didn’t tell us at the front desk. When we addressed them about it they said there was nothing they could do. Not sure why you pay $500 a night when there is no amenities and parking is over $100 for one night.

Pool cleaning sadness
Excellent hotel excellent room friendly staff. Extremely disappointed that the closure of the pool and hot tub was not conveyed as a dip was something we really looked forward to and is well advertised as a reason to stay there.
