WASN''T BAD NICE STAY WOULD COME BACK AND STAY AGAIN
Clean, quiet hotel with a very friendly staff! I would recommend staying here to all my friends and family!!
The hotel needs a makeover. Stained tub inside and out, carpets very worn, basically the entire hotel looks pretty beat up. It didn't help matters to have other people yelling up and down the hall for a good portion of the night either. Reserved online with no problem but was asked to leave a $50 deposit as I was checking in. The only reason we stayed after that was because we were too tired to try and get another hotel. For being a large chain hotel, it was not up to any standards I am used to from them.
The microwave did not work and could not get anyone to answer at the front desk. Bathroom cracks in shower. Musty smelling. Bed very uncomfortable
bed was not comfortable but overall was clean. We were told there was a grab n go breakfast due to covid, in the morning there was none. This was pretty well located and just about ok.
There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door, the tub was gross, the outside of the fridge was all dirty, the blankets had burn holes in them from cigarettes (non-smoking room), the smoke dector was hanging out of the wall. There was a blood stain on one of the sheets.

It was so nasty and management would not do anything about the partying on our floor. Very rude and a awful smoking smell throughout the place
They care and make sure you feel that! They are there for their guests, located in a great area for convenience to the mall and places to eat. Comfortable and quiet rooms at reasonable rates, what more can you ask for!
