This was a clean no-frills hotel. Good name for hotel, it kinda says it all. Clean, sufficient, had all necessities. This is for those who are not looking for luxury but for basics at reasonable price. Low end furniture, but bed was comfortable. Good Stay..Good Staff.

Good stay. Room was clean. Bathroom area was a bit cramped and you have to step into shower to turn it on - might not be a problem if someone had not left shower on massage setting and the shower head positioned so that it sprayed me directly in the face when I tried to turn it on to warm up…Breakfast is simple, continental. Cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, toast, muffins, juice, coffee, tea and various condiments (peanut butter, Nutella, cream cheese, honey, etc) I do like how they have “recipe” ideas hanging on the wall - you can mix the different options to get different breakfasts -streamlined and economical.

Quiet place in a busy spot
Never been to the area so it was nice to be in the middle of everything. The hotel is quiet and very comfortable. Staff was so friendly. There are a lot of options very close for food and shopping - it is a little difficult to get into the parking lot during heavy traffic times but that isn't a hotel issue!

The staff and the rooms were perfect for what I needed. Everyone is super friendly and easy to deal with. I did not eat breakfast there as I brought my own knowing I wanted more than just the basics but coffee and water were offered all the time which was really nice. I felt very safe as a solo traveler, and it really felt my needs as it was close to all of the Bentonville amenities

We were greeted as we walked in by two of your staff. Both were busy make sure coffee was freshly made and made our check in was easy and smooth. Our room was clean a quiet. The shower was easy to get in and out of. We will definitely stay there again. The staff were amazing.

Great stay
From the friendly clerk at the desk to our check out 2 days later, everything went smoothly and couldn’t have been better. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and fresh. We would definitely stay here again. As for the people complaining about breakfast, we found that what they had put out was very good and fresh. No complaints from us there.

The staff was terrific, and I would give this property a 10/10. They were all so lovely and accommodating, especially since our flights got canceled and we had to stay another night. I would visit here again on my next visit to Bentonville.
