Worst place on Earth
Worst place I have ever been. Never wrote a review before but this one deserves. I had to kill over 30 moskitos at night in a room with A/C so go figure! Later found hole in the walls. Surely even rats could get by. Disgusting bathroom. Toilet was broken. Place is on the water but outdated. I think I got sick just by stepping foot on the property. Employees were helpful and professional but the facility is garbage.

Decepcionante, minha reserva foi para o pousada sim das ondas, ao chegar lá a mesma estava desativada e fomos realocados para a pousada do inglês, o quarto que fiquei mas parecia um quanto dos fundos, pequeno, poucos lençóis, desconfortável, o colchão afundava e fiquei com dor na coluna, o banheiro tinha um cheiro horrível de esgoto, o ar não gela, o serviço de quarto não funciona, não existe se quer telefone nos quartos, a piscina totalmente suja com água turva. Etc! Foi a viagem mais decepcionante que já tive.

Estadia frustrante
Primeiramente fomos surpreendidos com um aviso em que não teríamos café da manhã devido ao covid. Providenciamos alimentos porém não nus foi fornecido nenhum tipo de utensílios para que pudéssemos nus alimentar. As formigas tomaram conta dos alimentos que compramos e passamos duas noites sem durmir direito por conta do som alto de carros na porta da pousada até 1 da manhã.

Foi tudo bem. Ate nos surpreendeu quanto ao atendimento, serviços e as instalações, bem como as condições da piscina. Sentimos falta de sabonetes, troca de lençóis e limpeza do quarto. Em Qualidade, nada está tão bom que não possa ser melhorado!

Bom, mas poderia ser melhor.
A Pousada no geral é agradável, boa localização, as áreas de lazer são boas, os funcionários são muito atenciosos, mas é importante ao se hospedar tem bem alinhadas as expectativas, pois tudo é muito simples, desde os quartos, até o café da manhã, este com pouquíssimas variedades. Tivemos um problema com o ar condicionado na primeira noite, mas os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e nos trocaram de quarto rapidamente sem qualquer problema. Por outro lado isso denotou uma certa falta de cuidado com os quartos. Além desse problema, o box do banheiro do nosso quarto estava meio solto, o que trazia certo risco de machucar alguém, além de cabides faltando na parede do banheiro, e falta de tapetes pra evitar o chão encharcado demais. Considera o custo x beneficio por ter obtido uma tarifa promocional, valeu à pena, até porque utilizei a pousada como “base”, passava os dias todos fora com a família conhecendo as praIas da região. Enfim, a pousada é boa, mas tem potencial para ser melhor se prestarem atenção nestes detalhes, e deixar a experiência do hóspede melhor.
