The Sofitel is well located in Strasbourg, close to all the major attractions and public transport. The staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel is somewhat worn in places with stained carpets in corridors and room lobbies. Bed was clean and comfortable and the room was quiet.

We stayed for 2 nights as a family of four.
Hotel: It is an old hotel and the carpet has seen better days. If you use the sofa bed for kids you have very limited room for luggage.
BUT, the service was excellent, the amenities was good, the bed nice. I really liked the hotel overall.
