This magnificent house with 4 bedrooms and 235m² is located in a historic building that has been completely renovated, but maintaining the aesthetics of a traditional Sevillian house, with high ceilings and wooden beams.Upon entering the house we find a hall and some stairs through which we go up to the first floor, where we find a living room that makes as a distributor for 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in closet and a large en suite bathroom with shower, which can be accessed from the bedroom or from the living room. This room has a balcony overlooking Gravina Street. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each, in addition to balconies overlooking the Puerta Real Square, in the middle of Alfonso XII Street, one of the arteries of the center of Seville.Going up to the second floor, we find a spacious and bright living room, with dining table and a independent work area. From here we access the fourth bedroom, with two single beds. On this floor we find a second complete bathroom with shower. The kitchen, also located on this floor, has all the necessary utensils. We have to mention the impressive high ceilings with wooden beams, in addition to the brightness of the kitchen, thanks to its two balconies. From the living room we acces the terrace, which has two floors, both with outdoor furniture to enjoy the great Sevillian weather. You will be able to sunbathe on the solarium on the top floor.The house is located on the Puerta Real Square, a small square full of life, which belonged to the old wall of the antique city, where the historic center of Seville begins. The building is a calm retreat, having been recently soundproofed. In the surroundings are some of the most typical and traditional restaurants and bars in the city, where you can enjoy the best tapas in Seville and the best dishes of Andalusian cuisine. It is also very close to the shopping area, with small shops and shopping centers.All the monuments of the city are just a few minutes walk from the house, so you will not need any transport.
