The staff were very friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the towel attendant by the pool. The hotel was very close to shops and restaurants (5 mins walk). The resort was right on the beach next to the boardwalk where you could walk up the beach to see other restaurants and merchants. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay, easy location close to airport and beach. I stayed here for only one night and one day and wish it could have been longer. Staff very helpful, airport transfers easy, room very comfortable. The bathroom could do with a slight upgrade as shower wasn’t very strong and taps dripped continuously. But other than that one issue I could not fault the resort. Would happily return.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Baruna Bali by IHG. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. After arriving from Lombok at around 9:00 am, we knew standard check-in wasn't until 3:00 pm, so we expected a long wait. To our delight, the team managed to prepare our room and offered us access by 10:00 am at no extra charge. After an early journey, this thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated. The staff's flexibility, kindness, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded our expectations and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and offers great value, but it was the outstanding hospitality that made our experience memorable. We would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Baruna Bali to anyone visiting Bali and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the amazing team for making our holiday start so perfectly! 🌴😊
