Great communication, great location
The room was nice, shower and bathroom excellent, be aware, it is right in the middle of teh old town and at weekends the noise doesn't subside till around 3 am. The location however is brilliant if you want to be right amongst it. Breakfast is at a café a few metres away, orange juice, coffee or tea with a pastry or Tostada, basically toast with ham or cheese on. Very nice though.

A comfortable room in a great location right next to the cathedral in heart of the old town. We got the C6 bus from the airport and from the stop just by the casino the accommodation was just a few mins walk. This is a basic Pensión rather than a hotel and our room, with bathroom, was clean and comfortable and the communal kitchen area was spotless and very handy. The only thing to be aware of is the fact that to get up to our room there were 44 steps which, with heavy luggage, will be too much for some!! Overall a very good stay and we enjoyed our stay in Alicante too :0)

Great location
Great location only 5 minutes walk from the airport C6 shuttle bus. Easy access as we arrived late at night. Clean tidy, big bathroom with good hot shower. Tea and coffee supplied which was very welcome after a long trip Only 40m down the road from a fabulous cafe Madness coffee.

Perfect for a Short Trip
Great location. Friendly reception, though very limited hours. But communication via e-mail worked well. Was also able to leave my bag at reception until my departure flight. The room is very basic and the bed felt shorter and smaller than a standard 90x200cm single. The ventilation was a bit loud even though it did not help with the stuffy air much. The room was perfectly fine for a weekend getaway. I do not recommend booking breakfast, as there is no breakfast available in the hotel and you only get a coupon for a café which is 5 mins walk away and only includes a croissant and a cup of coffee or tea (and no English speaking service at café). I recommend looking for a small place called "the garden" which offers the same "breakfast" for 3€ or a full English Breakfast for 7€ (which is what I did my second day)

Amazing - you won't be disappointed!
This place is amazing. Stayed with my wife and 7yo child. Great location - right behind the big church, so very easy to find. In the heart of downtown. Close to the beach and the castle. Close to food, museums, etc. Easy walk to the metro so you can get to other cities. Also close to the airport bus line too. You walk into a huge, clean building. Up one flight of stairs. You get three keys - one for building, one for hotel, and one for room. You can tell they put A LOT of detail into making the hotel and nice and tasteful as possible. They have coffee/tea, mini fridge, nice decor, nice accents, etc. They also have a community fridge/freezer. They even have beach toys and towels, books, universal chargers, etc. The lady was very thoughtful with telling us where to go to see certain things. She marked out on maps where some very cool things were. We stayed in a lot of hotels on this trip, and this is one we would DEFINITELY stay in again. Staying here made me feel like an Alicante local to be honest! Thank you!
