The system was down so checking in was a nightmare. We didn’t get keys to our room until the next day before we checked out. With that being said the staff was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to accommodate each guest. The owners of this hotel need to step it up a bit. We just stayed for one night to attend a musical performance nearby. The hotel is a very short walk from a number of restaurants and entertainment venues. The staff is helpful and friendly, the digital key that allows you to open the door with your phone is nice, and there's a convenient parking garage attached, though there is a separate charge for parking.
