It was a nice stay. Staff was friendly. Our room was a little cold, we didn't notice the thermostat in the room until the second night. The bathroom had a slight moldy smell.

We came for the Hallmark Experience & we’re very lucky to get have gotten a room with the football game & everyone going to it. We had reservations somewhere else that fell through so very grateful they had a room. The staff were excellent from moment we walked in. Room was nice overall ended up being good trip.

Great and welcoming staff at check in. They have a wonderful shuttle with friendly driver to Plaza area restaurant and shopping. Love the garage covered parking and lots of choices for breakfast in house. My stay there was Nov. 14th-15th, always pleasant.
