A great location with a willing staff. Breakfast was not a buffet - hurrah! Usual early checkout late check-in shenanigans, the weather was relatively cool, but the single fan in the room looked like it might have been inadequate if it were hotter! All in all a great stay.

The white lion is a decent place to stay in Aldeburgh. Our dog friendly room was ok, staff were cheerful and helpful and breakfast was good. We were however a bit disappointed with our evening meal and also found drinks at the bar a bit expensive. However we would definitely stay again.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, bed comfortable and shower spot on. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful on all three mornings. Parking was not so good as town was very busy. Initially parked the other end of town but in the evening a space became available outside the hotel. The Hotel was being renovated but this did not effect our stay in any way. Only negative was the pesky noisy bloody Seagulls which of course can't be helped. Nice one the White 🦁 Hotel.

Perfect location on the seafront, close to shops, pubs and excellent restaurants. Rooms were clean and staff were efficient. The exterior of the hotel could do with a spruce up but interior was fine. Would definitely come again.
