We received a warm welcome from Milad a who was super helpful with recommending places to eat and things to do in Florence.All the other staff were very friendly too The location is perfect for the train station and is walkable for sightseeing. There is a handy supermarket over the road. The rooms are basic but clean. We had everything we needed. I would stay here again

I liked this place. It is a bit old fashioned in the 50's sense, but it was clean and comfortable. The location was great. I like being near the train station and the supermercato centrale as well as close enough to walk in Central Florence. Their breakfasts were great and the staff was wonderful and helpful.
