Perfect stay
We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in a family room for 4 nights. We were welcomed by the reception with a big smile. The service was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and an MRT station 4-5 min walking, which made it easy to visit all the places we intended to visit. The stay was quite pleasant and we enjoyed every bit of it.

Christmas in Singapore
Its often hard to know when booking a hotel if its a good location. As it turns out, the location is fantastic, close enough to the city without being overwhelming, close to the Arab district which is lively and full of great eating options. Public transport options from this hotel are great too, 2 MRT's close by and bus service out the front. We used our hotel as our home base, and were out most days. Our room was always attended to daily which was appreciated. Hoped to use the pool more which was also fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
