We really enjoyed our stay. The JPL is a favourite that keeps us coming back every year. Seeing the damage from the wildfire all around the JPL and Jasper, we are very thankful for what the firefighters were able to save.

This Hotel is in amazing location. The setup is also unique with the rooms being in cabins. It stands out even comparing to other Fairmont hotels in Banff and Lake Louise. A great experience. Will return.

Always a pleasure staying at JPL! The staff there is incredible! The cabin we stayed in needed a little TLC, however. Certain things looked a little rough. The mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. The food at Orso was absolutely five star, incredible!! Would absolutely stay here again!
