First time staying at a Grand Fiesta Americana resort and overall my experience went well. The one issue I experienced was slow service by the pool waiting staff and on one occasion the staff forget about my order; had to go to the bar to get. Other than this, the room (club level), the view, housekeeping were 5 stars. I'd give the continental breakfast 4 stars; the usual choices. Front desk and bar staff were great. Really enjoyed the beach.

This resort truly delivers exceptional customer service. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. The food was delicious, the pool was spotless, and the entire atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for families. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and offered beautiful views, cozy beds, and a great selection of TV channels—everything you could ask for. The location is another huge advantage, as it's conveniently close to everything, making it an excellent choice for any vacation. We will definitely be returning because we absolutely fell in love with this resort. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. This is a very well kept hotel. We experienced one of the worst cold front in years! I was very disappointed on arrival of Veracruz. Our transfer never arrived we had to use a local taxi. We had verification with hotel for pickup. We showed the guest relations. Breakfast staff 2nd day was very unperfessional, she stopped us as we were departing the restaurant. You can see that we stopped going to breakfast because of her. She said , “Wait here. Don’t leave. ‘ in about 6 minutes, she wanted to charge us for breakfast. This lady has glasses, lead waitress. We were very unimpressed by her treatment to us. We loved the cleaning staff, very professional. Thank you.

I love L’Occitane brand and they have it as amenities (shampoo, soap lotion etc). I was there for 4 days and didn’t need cleaning of the room, but I only asked for water, so the next day the cleaning lady brought me the water without me asking again she was so nice

We stayed a few with some friends. While most of the stay went well. The master suite is the way to go as far as room and comfort. We did however have a couple of issues. there was mold in the bathroom. A LOT of mold. Over the toilet, under the sink, and under the vanity. There was also some questionable electrical work that was just covered with a piece of paper and not an electrical outlet or cover. We did find some discrepancies in some of our bar tabs at the pool. A couple of drinks added here and there, charges for breakfast at the restaurant for things we didn’t eat etc. It might have been oversights and they did get reversed but more of a pain than anything.

This hotel was fine, but nothing special. Did not feel like a resort but more like a fancier motel 6. Staff was very friendly, but to get more coffee to the room was near impossible, they acted like the Nespresso was gold and would take over an hour just to get one pod brought to the room. The food we did have was decent and again staff was nice. Beside not being able to get coffee, it took forever to even get a drink by the pool and there was no other guest at the pool but us. We had to talk to 3 or 4 staff members who would keep sending us to someone else to get a beer. If you are thirsty, plan on being thirsty for a long time😂 Room was clean however and housekeeping very nice. Would not go back though.
