Pleasant stay
Stayed for 3 nights. No housekeeping, which wasn’t ideal for 4 days, but they did top up our coffees when asked. About a 10 min walk to the main downtown area. There’s a hidden $2/per night they don’t tell you about (not a big deal, it’s for eco sustainability anyway). Underground parking was good but the garage. Door. Is. The. Slowest. Thing. Ever. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves. Loved the little faux-fireplace in the room and the beds were comfortable. Wished the on-site restaurant was open for more than just breakfast, but all good. We’d stay again.

Early season ski weekend
Another great stay at Chateau Jasper. Check-in was easy and they were very responsive to our needs for more towels, coffee, cups, etc. The pool and hot tub were a great for apres skiing. Beds were super comfortable, especially the pillows. Underground parking was a huge bonus to thaw out the vehicle and icy skis. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again and again.

Very nice to see the rooms are renovated and the one we had, had more space. Check in was very quick and friendly, heated underground parking was a bonus. The pool and hot tub were decent, no strange smells and good location in town.

Love Jasper
Great hotel with a wonderful location and amazing mountain views. Ample parking and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Only complaint would be that they did not have the heat on in the main hotel which made it extremely cold walking to and from the pool area. Also the rooms could use renovations as they were a little banged up and tired looking.

Good accommodation
The check in lady needs some training. Told us to park underground but did not provide a key to open the roller door. Next gave a key that did not work. So annoying in the cold. Room was comfortable. Morning staff was great.
