Good hotel and friendly staff, room was fine but water went off the night we arrived so couldn’t shower before going out but the problem was sorted when we returned, plenty space in the carpark and buffet breakfast had a very good selection. Car park had plenty spaces and not expensive like some others I have stayed at. Overall quiet location and a BP filling st next door with an M&S shop.

Location is good and the bed was comfortable. However, having used this hotel for over 30 years, it desperately needs an update. Terrible smell of damp in the main stairwell that can pervade the the reception and public area. Leonardo charge for parking overnight where previous operators did not charge guests. Apart from the barman who was very friendly and efficient, staff appeared disinterested. We weren't even asked how our stay was. Our bedroom wasn't serviced during our 2 night stay. We are unlikely to stay here again.

Good location for travelling in centre of Glasgow with easy access to train station. Triple room was great for travelling as a group. The main stairwell and toilets in reception had a horrible smell of damp and the carpets on our were stained and in need of a clean.

The room was spacious, but badly let down by the bathroom. The shower was so old that it had hardly any power, lots of mould around the bath taps and I had a real problem turning the shower off . The windows are only single glazed,so traffic can be heard constantly. Easy spacious parking. Polite and helpful staff.
