We travel a lot and never have had in room razor, tooth brush etc things you may forget without asking. House keeping was so friendly and it’s way nicer in person than pics. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Best looking in the area too

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hotel, and would certainly return when I am next at the Grand Canyon. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant and bar offered a great selection. I will definitely stay at their other properties when I am visiting national parks, and I highly recommend the Grand Hotel for anyone visiting the Grand Canyon.

Our room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I love the lobby! Great complementary coffee. My only complaint would be the curtains. The Solid curtains only closed halfway on each side. There were gauzy opaque curtains in the center of the window. It is daylight outside by 4:30am. Plus the lights from outside shined through the windows all night. Otherwise, nice hotel. Good Location.

This place is very nice! Friendly responsive staff. Nice relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant is excellent for dinner and adequate for breakfast, though a few more menu options would be appreciated. The room was decorated nicely and clean. I didn't hear my neighbors even once so it felt private. The bed could be a little better quality and the towels seemed heavily bleached so they were slightly scratchy. Over all the room was nice.
