The food included wasn’t a great standard very basic and clearly pre cooked and thrown in oven. The service at reception was quite rude when asking about the children running around the halls at 11:30 at night. I would advice to check if any event are happening at the time of your stay unfortunately we booked during a sports weekend and lots 60+ of teenage footballers where at the property for the full weekend.

Very poor from start to finish. Arrival at the car park was met by multiple drunks and drug users. The lift is difficult to use and can be left waiting for 10 minutes at a time. The room was dusty and both bedside lamps didn’t work. The service was delayed as short on staff. Decided to leave a night early as a very poor experience. The pictures make the hotel look a lot better than it actually is.

The hotel is worn out, the bed squeaked a bit. everything looked a bit old. Its £2 per day to use the swimming pool area and the paint is peeling a bit on the sauna. £1 coin needed for the locker (although its a cashless hotel). The staff are really nice, you can tell they are struggling a bit, but they do their best. Shout out to the lad in the bar on the Saturday night that was doing at least three people's job
