It was a decent cheap option for staying in Leeds.

Club rooms are starting to look a bit dated and could do with an overhaul - and also maybe not be situated at the furthest away corridor of the hotel!
The parking for guests actually staying in the hotel is a nightmare with disgraceful parking from fitness facility users during peak times.
Public areas need more attention from staff with discarded food and drink containers littering tables and floor throughout public areas for hours.
Staff encountered in the restaurant and fitness centre were all friendly and helpful.
