We had an issue with our radiator that was making a really really loud noise to the point we had to change room 2 times. the pillows are not comfortable I would recommend the hotel getting better quality pilows. Good location, close to everything from shopping to dinning to attractions. The only thing I would say is that their pool, jaccuzzi and gym could be open later. When we are in Chamonix, we are out and about until diner time and it would be nice to go to the gym or the hammam after 8pm. Being open until 10pm would give us the options to use the property utilities. Thank you!

Probably wouldn't stay again.
For Americans it is the equivalent of staying in an Ikea hotel with terrible service. Check in unwelcoming and curt, as well as resturant and bar. Our room (140) was next to the stairs so we heard people walking up them drunk and loud late into the night, then as early as 6am familes walking down them. Ask to move to but they were all booked. Shower door did not seal properly so bathroom floor flooded They are all about being eco friendly, so much so that when we pulled the sheets back we realized our bedding had probably not been changed because there was long brown hair on it. Shower door did not seal at the bottom properly so it flooded the bathroom. Breakfast was meh. For the price there are far better places to stay. Willing to give further details if asked
